Publisher and scope
Rocco Maths is provided by Diogo Gomes, contact diogogomespt@icloud.com. These terms explain use of the game and supplement, without replacing, Apple’s Standard EULA applicable to the App Store version and your statutory consumer rights. Terms version: 2026-10-26.
Acceptance by an adult
Before a child starts, a responsible adult should read these terms and confirm acceptance. Ticking the box is a local declaration: it does not verify age, identity or parental authority. If you do not accept, you can still read the terms, privacy information and support, but cannot start the adventure.
One purchase and virtual coins
The App Store purchase is made once and includes the content of this version. There are no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Coins are earned through challenges, cannot be bought, sold or converted into money, and clothes give no advantage in the activities.
Use and store license
The iOS version is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA presented in the App Store. These terms do not change store usage rules, Family Sharing where applicable, open-source component licenses or permissions granted by law. Game content may not be redistributed beyond what those rules and licenses allow.
Educational activities
The game offers counting, quantity, sequence and comparison activities. It is not a school or clinical assessment and does not guarantee learning outcomes. An adult can accompany play, choose a starting point and adjust comfort settings.
Data and retention
The game works offline once installed and requires no online account. Profiles, progress and preferences stay on the device. The privacy policy available here explains local data, recovery copies and removal. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising, tracking or collection of a child’s data.
Local acceptance record
We store only on the device the terms version, displayed language, device date/time and a fingerprint of the accepted text. We do not request a signature, identification document, date of birth or child’s contact details. This record is not sent to the publisher and does not verify a legal guardian.
Support and consumer rights
Diogo Gomes provides game support at diogogomespt@icloud.com. Store purchase or refund questions may be submitted to Apple through its channels. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, refund entitlements or other mandatory rights under applicable law. No waiver of those rights is requested.
Intellectual property and components
The game includes publisher content and resources governed by their own licenses. Godot, library and font notices are available in Licenses. These terms do not transfer third-party rights or guarantee exclusivity over AI-generated material.
Changes and later access
Terms and privacy information remain available in Privacy and support. A material new terms version may require new acceptance by an adult. Contact the publisher if you have a problem; the game does not provide profile synchronization or remote progress recovery.
